Cuban Pavilion is operated by volunteers and welcomes those who would like to make a difference in the community by contributing their time, knowledge and skills to a great cause of preserving and sharing Cuban culture in Manitoba.

WHO CAN BE A VOLUNTEER?

Volunteering is open to all interested.

TIME COMMITMENT

Volunteers check in at 5:30 pm daily in the pavilion week. Time commitment could be an evening, two days or more, or maybe the whole week depending on how much you would like to get involved and your availability.

A typical day runs from 5:30 – 10:30 PM during week days and from 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM on the weekends. 

Why Should I Volunteer?

Volunteering is fun and fulfilling! Volunteering gives you an opportunity to make a difference in your community. You can use your skills and experience to help and enrich the local Cuban community in Manitoba. Volunteering provides you with development opportunities, for example: communication and people skills, organizational and time management skills, planning and budgeting skills, networking. Also you can include your volunteering activities as part of your resume and use us as a reference.
