Our first baseball game of the summer is set for June 1st, and we’re ready to bring the heat!  As always, we need to know who’s available to join the fun. Feel free to invite friends and family — let’s fill those two teams with good vibes, Cuban spirit, and plenty of pelotas! 

Baseball is more than just a sport — it’s our national pride, our way of life, and a symbol of our Cuban soul. So, come dressed to impress in your Cuban baseball jersey if you have one! If not, stay tuned — we’ll be placing a bulk order soon, so you can wear your true colors! 

Please reply no later than May 28th. Let’s make this summer unforgettable with laughter, camaraderie, and the beautiful game of pelotas!

 Exciting Announcement for Friends of the Cuban Arts Members! 

We’re thrilled to share that, as part of your membership benefits, we have available funds for our Emergency Support Program and Culture/Dance/Sport Assistance Program from April 15, 2025, to October 1, 2025!

 Emergency Support Program: If you’ve faced unexpected challenges such as health issues, loss, or unforeseen events, we encourage you to apply. Priority will be given to those in urgent need.

 Culture/Dance/Sport Assistance Program: We’re dedicated to supporting the youth in our community! Members can receive assistance for registration fees for cultural, dance, or sports programs for children aged 2-18.

These funds are made possible by our fundraising events and activities throughout the year, including our upcoming Social on May 24! Join us for a fantastic evening that not only celebrates our community but also helps generate resources for these important programs.

Hi Dear Community here are the details of our fundraising social coming up next month. Remember FCA members pay $10 for admission. Payment could be by e-transfer or using the QR code attached. We are so excited to have our Cubalinks group performing on this event. (At 255 Stafford St)

We have our first COED winter baseball/softball game on February 1st @10:30pm at the Dome. Join one of the two teams or give us some energy during this event. It’s covered for all members of the FCA but $20 is the cost to play for non-members.
